Product Return Policy: Terms and Conditions
Dear Customer,
We understand the importance of ‘touch and feel’ in your purchase decision. We also understand the several questions that pop up in one’s mind while shopping online – Is the color going to be the same as the photo? Will it match my expectations? Is it Durable? among others.
Thus, we offer you Easy and Flexible Returns with our 7 Day Return Policy.
Prepaid Orders will receive Full Refund back in your source account.
COD Orders will be refunded in store credits equal to product value. COD Charges of INR 100 will not be refunded back.
Our products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Please follow the steps below to return a product.
Step 1 – Place a return request by whats app / emailing us your Order Number and Reason for Return on help@furjaden.com (We will then request our courier partner to pick up the order from your address within 24 Hours).
Step 2 – Handover the product you wish to return to our courier partner. Please return the item in its original condition. This means the product should be unused with its original packaging. (We do not require the white courier bag in which the product was delivered to you).
Step 3 – Once we receive the product back at our Dispatch Centre, our team will inspect the same to ensure it has not been used and upon successful inspection, we will refund you.
Please be rest assured that our team will be in touch with you throughout the process and help you at every step to ensure you have a pleasant experience with us.
Important Note 1: We make unboxing videos of all our customer returns to ensure that the product has been returned to us in its original condition. We have the legal right to reject any refund claim where we find that the returned product has been used and returned or if the original product was not returned back to us.
Important Note 2: Even though we have been able to deliver an order to you, we may not have reverse pick up available for your location. In such a scenario, you can still return the product to us and are eligible for refund however you will have to arrange for the parcel to be sent to us. Incase of such a situation, we will reimburse you INR 200 towards the return courier.
Please note that once the inspection is completed, you will receive your refund back to your source account within 48 Hours.
