Product Return Policy: Terms and Conditions

Dear Customer,

We understand the importance of ‘touch and feel’ in your purchase decision. We also understand the several questions that pop up in one’s mind while shopping online – Is the color going to be the same as the photo? Will it match my expectations? Is it Durable? among others.

Thus, we offer you Easy and Flexible Returns with our 7 Day Return Policy with Full Refund of Product Value. (COD Amount of INR 100 is not refundable).

Our products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Please follow the steps below to return a product. (Important Note: Products having value of INR 999 and below are not eligible for Return Pick Up)

Step 1 – Place a return request by whats app / emailing us your Order Number and Reason for Return on info@furjaden.com (We will then request our courier partner to pick up the order from your address within 24 Hours).

Step 2 – Handover the product you wish to return to our courier partner. Please return the item in its original condition. This means the product should be unused with the Brand Tag intact. The product should be returned with the original brand packaging as received by you. (We do not require the white courier bag in which the product was delivered to you).

Step 3 – Once we receive the product back at our Dispatch Centre, our team will inspect the same to ensure it has not been used and upon successful inspection, we will refund your money to you via UPI Transfer.

Important Note 1: We make unboxing videos of all our customer returns to ensure that the product has been returned to us in its original condition. We have the legal right to reject any refund claim where we find that the returned product has been used and returned or if the original product was not returned back to us.

Important Note 2: Even though we have been able to deliver an order to you, we may not have reverse pick up available for your location. In such a scenario, you can still return the product to us and are eligible for refund however you will have to arrange for the parcel to be sent to us. Incase of such a situation, we will reimburse you the below amount towards the return courier.
