   • Step 3: Sit back and relax while your returned product makes it back to us safe and sound.

4. Refunds Galore: Once we receive your returned gear and confirm it’s in tip-top shape, we’ll process your refund. Please allow a little time for your refund to appear, as it travels through the financial jungle. 

5. Return Exclusions: Our return policy doesn’t cover items that have been used, damaged, or are past the 30-day window. But if something unusual happens, give us a shout—we’re always here to help.
